8 weeks to a better bodymind: my insights

Woo hoo! We made it! A huge thanks to all who embarked on this journey to a better bodymind with me. I have loved sharing it with you. I certainly feel like a new woman –  a new physical incarnation, renewed vigour, and a fresh perspective. It truly feels great to have reclaimed my vitality.

It’s time to celebrate!

It’s the last day of my ‘8 weeks to a better bodymind’ challenge so it’s time to celebrate!

I celebrated with a family trip to Balmoral Beach – a fitting reward given this challenge for me was all about family 😉 It’s time for you to celebrate too! What were your planned rewards? Get rewarding!

This challenge may be drawing to a close but we’re not done yet. Remember, you have to keep taking action to keep feeling vital and abundant. So what’s next? Think of future goals, future rewards, and future fun.

Time to reflect on your insights

I hope it has been a fruitful 8 weeks for you, whether you’ve followed closely, or just a few tips here and there. Take a moment to reflect on what have you’ve learnt during this ‘8 weeks to a better bodymind’ challenge.

Consider three things this challenge has taught you – it can be about yourself, about self-care, or about genuine health and wellbeing? I’d love to hear them so please feel free to email me: suzy@suzyreading.co.uk.

Me? I’ve learnt I can be bold, courageous and can do things differently. I have learnt that I have to back myself and I really, really do know my stuff – the results of this challenge are the living proof.

Time to recognise your triumphant self!

Take a moment and think over the last few weeks. Can you think of something that you have you done well? Is there something you are proud of achieving? Stop and reflect on that experience. How did you use your strengths? Is there something you learnt about yourself? How did you feel about it at the time and just pondering it now, does it stir the same emotions?

For me, it’s a really simple one; I’m giving myself a pat on the back for sorting out an old skating niggle. I’m proud of myself for actually doing the prescribed 20 min daily physio exercises and life is definitely better for it. It has helped me value my persistence and diligence at getting a job done. I’m looking for other ways I can put those qualities to good use.
